Small light work

It doesn't have to be a big job.

You don't have to win the competition.

Things you can do just a little bit each day.

Being able to help someone.

Something that makes you think, "I was able to do it."

We are working to discover such small roles together with AI.

I'd like to start with FIRST LIGHT COMMUNITY.

Someone who had been away from work for a while.

People who, as they get older, want to try something new again.

Someone who can't do it full-time, but can do it a little bit.

Someone who doesn't yet know what they are capable of.

Each person has different strengths.

Write an essay.

investigate.

sort out.

Choose a photo.

To deliver it to someone.

To grow plants.

Continue with small tasks carefully.

AI does not blame a person for what they cannot do,

We break down the work into smaller parts and work together to figure out the parts we don't understand.

We can support you in any way we can.

The goal isn't to make a lot of money right from the start.

One role.

One "achievement."

One "thank you."

And, if possible, a small income.

Through these small steps, a person's life gradually becomes a little richer.

There is no established system or completed framework yet.

First up, one person.

And there's one more person.

Small successes, one at a time.

It doesn't need to be a bright light.
